We conclude the body to be healthy when all its structures are functioning properly. Health is beneficial to our body. Individuals who are healthy are able to perform their duties with ease. We are delighted when our body is healthy. Healthy should be our priority number one. There are various things that can make our body unhealthy. Our body can be unhealthy through diseases. The role of infections is to lower the immunity of the body. There are three main categories of diseases that can make our body weak. Viral, fungal, and bacterial infections are the main classes of diseases. The cure of most classes of infections is by use of drugs such as antibiotics. Our body can be weak due to psychological and physical injuries. Destroyed structures as a result of injuries make our body to be weak. Our body can be unhealthy through improper diet. Unhealthy diet is deficient of the nutrients required in the body. Proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fat, and minerals are the basic important nutrients for the body.

The current world is much different with that of the past. A lot of things have changed on the health of beings. New infections such as cancer, ebola, and AIDS have erupted. The deterioration of health has been brought about by technology. Technology for an example has changed the habit of eating of many people. Diet is the number one causes of cancer. There are several modern healthy challenges that are bothering individuals every time. Obesity is one of the healthy problem that is troubling individuals in the modern days. Obesity is the condition of overweight due to an excess accumulation of cholesterol in the body. Obesity has been known to come as a result of a sedentary lifestyle. It has now come that people can get access to their essentials in life by seating down. This is very harmful to the body. Obesity has been known to be treatable by performing exercises and liposuction surgery.

The current age are composed of individuals who are having insomnia as one of the healthy problem. Expect cases of insomnia among individuals to be brought about by stress and application of drugs. Insomnia has been known to be treatable by taking depressants and living a healthy life. Ear diseases have bothered many in the current days. Noise from industries and automobiles has led into weakened or deaf ears in many people. Noise can be checked by proper construction of buildings and use of ear protective devices. Smoking is another healthy challenge in the modern days. Smokers cause passive smoking to others. One of the effects of passive smoking especially to babies is the decay of teeth in future. Electronic cigars can help smokers to stop their bad habit.
